TERM OF SERVICE

1/ Payment will be made when you are satisfied with the sketch. You can fix the sketch without being charged.2/ References are required as i need them to fully understand your request for the commission (Ex: Which pose do you like ? what type of outfit you want me to draw ? etc...)
If you want to fix anything that is not included in the references we have discussed at the start, i will charge more money. So please make sure to create a list of things you want in the commission.3/ I have the right to not accept your commission request in some special circumstances (Ex: You have scam warning)4/ You need to pay the full amount once the sketch is completed5/ It will take around one to two months for me to finish your commission. If I miss the deadline, you will have a full refund. If I have any emergency situation and need to delay, I will inform you immediately to discuss a deadline extension.6/ You will be updated frequently. I will keep you informed through every step during working time, which you can feel free to make any changes but please take note that extensive changes may add additional cost or require extended deadlines as mentioned above.7/ Cancel commission rules:
- After sketching process: REFUND 60%
- After base color process: REFUND 40%
- During render process: WILL NOT REFUNDMY COLORING STYLE IS PAINTING, SO SKETCHES COULD BE VERY MESSY AND DIRTY. I DO NOT MAKE CLEAN SKETCHES, IF YOU REQUIRED CLEAN SKETCHES, I WILL NOT TAKE YOUR COMMISSION ORDER
